Welcome to the website of the Sakya Ngon Ga Ling Dharma Center
the “Sakya Center of the Supreme Joy "in Tuscany!
The center, founded by His Holiness Sakya Trizin in 2003, has its main office in Tresanti, Montespertoli (Florence) and a second office on the slopes of the Apennines in Castello di Cireglio (Pistoia). We organize sessions of initiations and teachings during the visits of our masters; we want courses in Buddhist philosophy, meditation and yoga; we give the opportunity to do practice and deepening retreats and we meet for meditation practice sessions.
The 21st of July 2026 the centre became member of the Italian Buddhist Union, we tthank the presidetn and the vicepresidents for their faith in us!

Per i nuovi soci chiediamo solamente 10 € il primo anno e dal secondo anno, come socio ordinario, sono 25 € all’anno, 50 € e più per soci sostenitori. The Sakya Ngon Ga Ling Center has joined the Jamtse Ling Association and the Rimé Italia Network www.associazionerime.org
Khondung Asanga Vajra Rinpoche, along with Lama Kunga Choedak and Dharma friends, attended the event. We thank Rinpoche, Lama la, and all the participants for two wonderful days!
On May 16-17, we inaugurated the new center in Montespertoli, led by Lama Kunga Choedak. On the 16th, a Tara puja and a public meeting were held in the new premises, and on the 17th, the first day of Saga Dawa Duchen, Teachings and Practice of Samatha and Vipassana. It was a beautiful moment and a great omen for the center and the sangha.
On June 27-28, we had the honor of hosting Khenpo Kalsang Nyima Rinpoche to give four empowerments over two days. This was Khenpo's first time at the new center, and his presence was very important to us! Thank you to Khenpo and to all the participants! We had a wonderful time!

The course, which is online and free, will be translated into Italian by the Sakya Ngon Ga Ling Center. Starting September 20th, the English-language videos will be available on the Sachen Foundation website. A new video will be published weekly (only for those registered at the link: Dharmachakra – Sachen Foundation ). The translations will be sent to participants (registered at the center) via email to info@sakyangongaling.it . Our center will offer participants the opportunity to meet once a month in person at the center and once a month via Zoom. These meetings will discuss the month's teachings and offer the opportunity to ask questions and share comments.

ONLINE COURSE: SAMATHA AND VIPASYANA MEDITATION
EVERY TUESDAY AND THURSDAY AT 19.00
WITH JESSICA MARTENSSON NGAWANG DOLKAR
Meditation course samatha calm abiding, to approach vipasyana the penetrative vision. We will use many different methods to understand the inclination of our mind and find a way to educate it and make it finer, more incisive. The meetings will be on zoom where it will be possible to ask questions and discuss their intuitions and / or questions.

Dharma day in Montespertoli
Meetings of Buddhist practice and philosophy.
Every second and every fourth Sunday of the month we meet to meditate together, to talk about Buddha Sakyamuni's Dharma. We will do preliminary practices to prepare our mind for ever more limpid and clear meditation.

Puja and Meditation of Tara
Aimed at all who have received Green Tara initiation in the Sakya tradition. We will do the puja of all 21 forms of Tara and the sadhana of Tara with explanations of mudras, visualizations and more.

FILOSOFIA BUDDHISTA
Ogni secondo lunedì del mese alle ore 19:30 si svolge un corso di Introduzione alla Filosofa e Pratica Buddhista. La partecipazione al corso è aperta a tutti, ad offerta libera e si può partecipare anche a singole lezioni. Si consiglia di contattare il centro per conferma perché le date possono variare.
