The center, founded by His Holiness Sakya Trizin in 2003, has its main office in Tresanti, Montespertoli (Florence) and a second office on the slopes of the Apennines in Castello di Cireglio (Pistoia). We organize sessions of initiations and teachings during the visits of our masters; we want courses in Buddhist philosophy, meditation and yoga; we give the opportunity to do practice and deepening retreats and we meet for meditation practice sessions.

Meditation course samatha calm abiding, to approach vipasyana the penetrative vision. We will use many different methods to understand the inclination of our mind and find a way to educate it and make it finer, more incisive. Abidharma: why is it easier to misunderstand reality instead of seeing it for what it is?
The philosophical meetings begin at 3.30 pm. Participation is open to all and is free. Offers and / or donations are welcome (also in the form of incense, flowers, biscuits, sweets, etc.). For those who also participate in the morning practice session (Guided practice of the Sadhana for the meditation of the Medicine Buddha - which needs to have received the relative initiation - starting at 11.30 am ) it is possible to have lunch in the center.
